Asparagus with Roasted Peppers

| 1 1/2 | pound | Asparagus |
| 1 | c | Roasted red pepers |
| 2 1/2 | teaspoon | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | Lemon juice; fresh |
Rinse asparagus.
Cut asparagas into thirds.
Boil asparagus into a saute pan for 2 minutes until tender.
Drain asparagas in a colander and transfer to a serving dish.
Chop and combine with red peppers.
In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice with oil and salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over vegetables and mix gently.
