Blue Cheese Crisps
This is a super cheesy treat with a bit of a spicy kick. These crackers are a perfect snack when relaxing.

| 1/2 | pound | Blue cheese |
| 1/3 | pound | Butter; at room temperature |
| 1 1/3 | c | Flour |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 | c | Poppy seeds |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix cheese, butter, cream, cayenne pepper and flour until smooth.
Split mixture in half.
Chill covered for 1/2 hour.
Roll each chilled section until 1 inch thick.
Roll each cylinder in the poppy seeds, coating them as desired.
Cut cylinders into 1/4" slices.
Bake 15 on a backing sheet until golden brown.
