Oven-Roasted Sesame Asparagus

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400
13"X9" BAKING DISH
| 1 | pound | Asparagus |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soya sauce |
| 2 | teaspoon | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | Toasted sesame oil (opt) |
Snap off tough asparagus ends and, if large, peel stalks.
Arrange in a single layer in baking dish.
Drizzle with oil; roast in oven, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine soya sauce and balsamic vinegar; drizzle over asparagus.
Roast 5 minutes more or until tender-crisp.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil, if using.
